Pride N Joy Grooming will accept the return of any product that follows the guidelines below. Be sure to have your invoice number, invoice date, item number, and item descriptino available so we may process your claim correctly.
Product must have been purchased from Pride N Joy Grooming within the last 30 days, and all returns are subject to a count and inspection prior to the issuance of credit.
DELIVERY OR STORE PICK UP
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses within a 2 mile radius or store pickup. Any shipments outside of US are not available at this time.
